Build with the iOS SDK

Use BTXClientKit for customer messages, Community, Help Center, campaigns, feedback, telemetry, feature flags, and push notifications.

Choose the capabilities your app needs

BTXClientKit exposes one BTX facade for configuration, customer identity, telemetry, feature flags, feedback, customer messages, Community, Help Center, and in-app campaigns. Start with one capability or enable them together.

01

Use one integration order

  1. 01

    Install and configure

Add BTXClientKit, then call BTX.configure(...) once during app startup.

  2. 02

    Identify the customer

Call BTX.identify(...) after authentication or session restoration.

  3. 03

    Connect product surfaces

Wire customer messages, Community, Help Center, feedback, telemetry, or feature flags into your app. For in-app campaigns, signal readiness after the signed-in screen is ready.

  4. 04

    Add push only when needed

Foreground messaging works without APNs. Add push when customers need reply notifications while the app is inactive.
